The 30 Day Challenge!
(See Videos Below)
This challenge is my way of accomplishing my goals, becoming more disciplined, and getting more serious about my health. I hope it can be an inspiration for you to make health a great priority in your life and also for you to see the importance of setting goals and actually achieving them in short 30 day increments. This gives a real feeling of confidence and success (and "success begets success"). I will be posting a new video each day to show my progression from day 1 to day 30. Stay tuned and if you'd like to join me please do. We are all valuable and we all have a purpose. Set your goal, achieve that goal, and feel that sense of pride in knowing that you can achieve things you thought you couldn't. Life becomes aimless and disappointing when we aren't setting goals for ourselves and accomplishing them. First, believe you can achieve it (BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND), then work hard, be determined, keep motivated, have a strong will, and never give up on yourself! You can do it! Just remember that success doesn't happen overnight- but the beginnings of success can happen rather quickly. 30 Days is a great amount of time to achieve a fair amount of success without feeling overly burdened (it's not too long nor too short- and it can establish a lifetime habit for you). So get started today!
